Sexual Health Discussion Survey
Women may look to their healthcare provider when they have female sexual health complaints or female sexual dysfunction (FSD). FSD may occur from various medical conditions such as hormone deficiencies, use of certain medications, pelvic surgery (including hysterectomy and/ or removal of ovaries), diabetes and other conditions. The Sexual Health Discussion Survey is a private survey and the data will be used to help The Women's Sexual Health Foundation focus on education needs of healthcare providers and women.
Hysterectomy Survey
Little information is available on the impact of hysterectomy and/or removal of ovaries and its relationship to sexual function, whether that is arousal, orgasm, and desire. Furthermore, this survey will help determine whether doctors are discussing the possibility of female sexual dysfunction (FSD) with their patient prior to surgery. The Hysterectomy Survey is a private survey and the data will be used to help The Women's Sexual Health Foundation focus on education needs of healthcare providers and women.
